Every Day Makeup Routine

I'm sure most of you that are reading this post are from my Instagram. Most of my Instagram looks are mainly just for the gram. I rarely ever wear my makeup like that in public.  I thought for this post i will show you how i wear my makeup if i'm running errands or going out for lunch or just want something quick and easy too put on.

I love makeup as you can already figure that out but some times i'm just lazy and cannot be bothered spending 45-1hour on my makeup, just like some of you. This is my 10 minute makeup routine.

I have been using this Moisturiser for years. This step is optional however if you have dry skin then i recommend using a moisturiser before applying primer, as primer doesn't hydrate your face just puts a layer before foundation. I apply this moisturiser with my hands, make sure your hands are clean before applying this product on or you can apply with a foundation brush.  

These are the primers i use to prime my face before my foundation. I obviously don't use both of them at once, both of them i'd reach for.  The Mario Badescu rose water spray i use after priming my face and before foundation, as this hydrates your face. ( Not use for a setting spray )  

With both primers i use my hands to apply the product as i'm applying it to my own face, just make sure your hands are clean. You can apply using a foundation brush. 

Chi Chi Beauty blender 

Marc Jacobs has been my go to foundation for the past year. It's the only foundation that matches me when i'm pale it covers everything that i need it to cover and it last all day. What else do you need? The foundation retails for $79 AUD, it is a little pricey however a little goes a long way. I usually need buy a new bottle every 3 months which is pretty good considering i wear it every day. 

Use the point of this beauty blender too blend out the concealer

I have always loved the creamy concealer from nars the only down side is the little product that comes with it. For such a pricey concealer you would want more. But the fact that its so good its worth it. I only use this to highlight the areas i want to highlight i don't use it to correct a blemish. I still haven't found the perfect concealer to hide a blemish, if you have a favourite please let me know.

Apply powder with this brush when baking

I have about three translucent powders i tend to reach for which is my Face of Australia, Givenchy, Laura Mericer, i love them all. Face of Australia translucent powder is my go to for all over the face. It's rather cheep too which is why i like it. I like to save my expensive powders for occasions when i'm going to be out all day/night. I use Laura Mercier powder to bake under my eyes. I leave that powder on for 5 minutes before brushing it off.  The Givenchy powder is a white translucent powder which i most likely reach for when i'm wearing a fake tan and if my foundation looks too dark i tend set my whole face with this powder and it makes it a little bit lighter, it has saved my ass so many times.

I have been using the ABH dipbrow promade for the longest time ever. I don't trust any other eyebrow product but with this product you do have to be careful with how much you put on your brush otherwise i will make your eyebrows look like you've got a sharpie and drawn them on.

I also have two bronzers that i reach for when i'm pale which is the too face bronzer and hoola bronzer from benefit. I use the Kat von D shade in light palette when i'm tanned. All three bronzers i recommend.

These three Nars blushes i always tend to reach for. Nars has the best blushes for every day or just the best blushes in general.

My favourite part of my routine, i always reach for these two highlighters.  I reach for so hollywood if i want a full on highlighter or for something a little less i reach for Cotton Candy Cream.

I always reach for nude lipsticks no matter where i go. These are the lipsticks i always reach for. 

Loreal telescopic is the one mascara i've been using for years. I always reach for this. 

Princess 

I don't always wear eyelashes but if i'm going out for lunch with the girls or drinks at night then i'll pop these lashes on. I've been wearing these all year and there my favourite style of lash! Now finally for my final step of my routine. SETTING SPRAY. I cannot repeat this enough YOU NEED THIS SPRAY it will change your makeup forever. If your like me and live in a area that gets so hot in summer then you need this in your life. I cannot recommend this enough. This has saved me so many times when i'm out in the sun with my friends.
