Travel Dairy: BALI

Hey hey hey

As some of you may already be aware that i went to Bali over the easter long weekend. This is the first time i have been back to bali in over 4 years, crazy i know?

Normally i would stay in Seminkya or Kuta but this time we tried the other side of bali, the quieter side. We stayed in Sanur which is on the same side as ubud. We only stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and it was the perfect amount of time to relax and eat as much food as you want.

We stayed in this really nice hotel called swiss bell Bali Sanur, it was absolutely stunning. The only thing i was worrying about when i was there was  when Happy Hour ended.

Most of the time we were just relaxing by the pool and drinking cocktails i mainly ordered the mojito cocktail. But on the last day we decided to do some exploring and see what all the fuss was about near ubud.

As a blogger i have seen people rave about this swing on Instagram and i thought i might go and check it out for myself. Anyone that knows me personally knows that i' don't like to do a lot of  adventures so this was the perfect place to get out of my comfort zone.

It was an amazing experience and i'm so glad i did it. When they push you, you feel all this adrenaline rush running through your body and your legs feel like jelly. It was crazy how a simple idea can make your body feel that way.

They also had these little huts that were off the ground and facing the view, it was a perfect way to relax and cool down after the swing and all the adrenaline rush going through your body.

I cannot wait to go back to Bali and do all of this again.
